According to a job listing, Meta seeks to research and prototype "new consumer experiences" with generative AI-driven gameplay, such as games that "change every time you play them." 🎮

Viggle: Mix, animate, & move static character images

Runway Gen-3 Alpha 🪄

Why you should care?

​Runway just released Gen-3 Alpha, and it is now officially the best AI video generator available to the public.

We always try to feature free AI tools in this section so that you can quickly click and test the tool without worrying about credit cards or payments, but this will be a rare exception. Using Gen-3 Alpha requires a paid subscription, with the cheapest plan starting at $15 per month, but it is one AI tool that is absolutely worth the money to at least test.

Here's how to get started with Gen-3 Alpha:

Go to RunwayML.com using the link above.

Sign in or create an account.

Upgrade account to at least the "Standard" plan.

Go to "Generate Videos" using the nav bar on the left.

Select "Text/Image to Video"

Ensure "Gen-3 Alpha" is selected in the top left corner of the screen.

Enter text or image prompts to begin generating Gen-3 videos!

One important limitation to note is that Gen-3 Alpha does not support Motion Brush, Camera Control, or the other advanced features you get when using Gen-2. These features will likely be added over time as Runway moves Gen-3 out of the Alpha stage.

• Sensitive personal information (e.g., your full name, social security number, home address, or other identifiable information)

• Account or credit card numbers, bank details, or login credentials

• Exact monetary amounts or your net worth

Instead of sharing specific monetary amounts, share:

• The % allocation of each type of investment (e.g., stocks, bonds, & mutual funds)

• Performance % or growth rates

• Relative % or figures (e.g., instead of “$10,000 in stock A”, say “25% of portfolio in stock A”)

When uploading a screenshot to get more personalized advice:

1. Take a screenshot of the part of your portfolio that shows the holdings & performance details.

2. Blur or edit out all sensitive information (e.g., personal identifiers, account details, exact monetary amounts, & anything you want kept confidential)

3. Highlight or circle key information (e.g., investment names & %’s)

By asking detailed questions and following these data guidelines, you’ll confidently make well-informed investing choices that propel you towards your financial success.
