The app allows users to quickly access ChatGPT by using the keyboard shortcut Option + Space, making it easy to chat with the AI and leverage its capabilities directly from their Mac computers. 🖥️

Why it Matters?
This week, the music industry went full "Rajnikanth mode" on two popular AI music generators, Suno and Udio AI.
The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced on Monday that they have filed two big copyright infringement cases.
They claim these AI tools have been copying and using artists' copyrighted sound recordings without permission.
Leading the charge are major music companies like Sony Music Entertainment, UMG Recordings, and Warner Records, with RIAA handling the legal action.
It’s like seeing Thanos teaming up with Loki and Ultron. 😲
According to RIAA, Suno and Udio have been using these copyrighted sound recordings to train their AI models without getting the necessary permissions.
The plaintiffs want to recover damages for past infringements and stop any future unauthorised use of copyrighted works by these AI companies.
It’s like saying, “We love AI, but please don’t steal our lunch money!” LoL🥪
RIAA Chairman and CEO Mitch Glazier said,
“The music community has welcomed AI and we are working with responsible developers to create AI tools that focus on human creativity and give control to artists and songwriters.
But we can only succeed if developers cooperate with us. Unlicensed services like Suno and Udio claim it’s ‘fair’ to copy an artist’s work and profit from it without consent or pay, which hinders genuine AI innovation.”
It's like hearing a Bollywood villain suddenly becoming a hero and lecturing on ethics.
However, Glazier makes a strong point: we need to establish clear rules for AI and copyrighted works.
The outcome of this case could set important guidelines for the future.
The result of this case will likely set a strong precedent for AI copyright issues, so it’s crucial for the US legal system to make the right decision.
This could be one of the most significant lawsuits in the AI space ever.
